Yachting on the Broads

I went sailing on the Norfolk Broads again this year. This time we had a bigger boat; a 36 foot yacht.

It was a pretty adventurous two days. We managed to run aground a couple of times, my brother nearly fell in and lost his mobile phone. We managed to get tangled up in a racing dinghy’s marker buoy dragging it down one of the broads with the dinghys chasing after us as they tried to go around their buoy.

I expect we’ll be banned from returning next year.
